The Road To Take

People have to make choices about whose direction to follow.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the difference.

That is what life is about. Not to follow the stream - It is about finding yourself and choosing what is best for you.

My goal is to follow faithfully in the footsteps of the Prophet pbuh and to not create innovation and to remain obedient (to Allah ta'ala and His Prophet pbuh) and to not transgress.

Abdul Qadir Gilani, r.a. says, "Three things are indispensable for a believer in all conditions of life: He should keep the commandments of God; he should abstain from the forbidden things; and he should be pleased with the decree of Providence. Thus the least that is expected of a believer is that he should not be without these three things. So it is meant that he should make up his mind for this and talk to himself about this and keep his organs engaged in this."
[Futuh al-Ghaib, The First Discourse.]

Two methods of keeping count of Tasbeeh (saying Subhaanallah), Tahmeed (saying Alhamdulillah) and Takbeer (saying Allahu Akbar) are generally employed.

They are:

1/ Tasbeeh or Rosary

2/ Joints of the fingers

The Hadith states that Rasulullah (The prophet pbuh )said: Allah said: ‘Whoever remembers Me in his heart, I too remember him in My Heart and whoever remembers Me in a gathering, I remember Him in a gathering which is nobler than his gathering (i.e. the gathering of the Angels).”
